If you found a better price within 7 days of ordering your item with Gogoprint,
you can submit a price match claim with our support team.
1. Send an Email
Email [email protected] with your order number, the lower price you found, and a link to the website and page where you found it.
3. Get Your Discount
Once approved, you’ll receive a Gogoprint coupon to use on your next order.
Terms & Conditions
To qualify for a price match, your claim must fulfill all of the following conditions
- Requests must be made within 7 days of purchasing with Gogoprint
- Requests must be made by a registered Gogoprint user with his/her registered email, with reference to his/her order number
- Product must be one of Gogoprint’s Price Match products (Business cards, Flyers, StickerSheets, Postcards, Greeting Cards, Invitation Cards)
- Claimed prices must be clearly advertised online on a Singapore printing company's website, and a valid link to the relevant webpage should be shared in your request
- Products and their specifications must be 100% identical to what was ordered with Gogoprint, and immediately available in order to be eligible for Price Match
- Any handling / shipping fees and GST will be included when calculating price differences
- Shipping fees must be for the same delivery speed, to the same address
- All Price Match requests are at Gogoprint’s discretion
- Prices cannot be matched if the claimed price is not clearly advertised on a Thai printing company's website.
- Prices cannot be matched when they result from any special promotions, campaigns, or discounts.
- Prices cannot be matched when they are a result of gift cards, loyalty offers, and loyalty discounts
- Prices cannot be matched in case of error or misprint on competitor’s website
