In order to do that, please make sure that the file spreadsheet size has the following dimensions: For the front design, please use width 5cm x height 2.5cm. For the back design, please use width 5cm width x height 4cm.

  • 1. Which formats can I upload?

    To create the best results for our customers, we can only accept vector files for the money packets. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and any other vector formats will be fine. Unfortunately, no other raster files can be accepted.

  • 2. I am looking for Customized design. Can I request a quote?

    If you can't find what you need, please call our customer service team at the above-mentioned number to help you place an order. Customized Money packets can be quoted starting with a MOQ of 30,000.

  • 3. What are the dimension of the Standard Raya Money packets?

    Our Standard Raya Money packets are 8 cm x 15.5 cm with a flap on the top that has a has a maximum width of 3.5 cm. Please note that the size of your artwork cannot exceed 5 x 2.5 cm on the front and 5 x 4 cm on the back.

  • 4. Can I provide a design for the entire Standard Raya Money packet or modify an existing design?

    Our Standard Raya Money packets all come with an existing design that cannot be altered or removed from the finished product. If you wish to print a customized design please refer to FAQ number 2.
