Which payment methods does Gogoprint offer?

Currently there are two payment methods accepted by Gogoprint:

  • Bank transfer (Pre-payment): Your order is not complete until you make a payment. Upon confirmation of your transfer, you need to e-mail a copy of the transfer slip to: [email protected]
  • Credit card: Your order will be complete instantaneously, thanks to immediate authorization from your financial institution.
Does Gogoprint issue tax invoices?

All orders made with Gogoprint are accompanied by a tax invoice upon delivery.

I just placed an order online, how and when should I send in my artwork?

Take note of the date and time mentioned on the checkout success page after paying. It is important that you respect this deadline to allow Gogoprint to respect the estimated production and delivery times it provided you with earlier in the configurator.
To upload your artwork, please click Upload Artwork on the checkout success page, or do so under My Orders in your Dashboard (accessible by clicking Welcome… on the top right).

There seem to be problems with the upload of my artwork, what should I do?

If you encounter any problems with the upload of your artwork files, please call us, or send us an email containing your artwork and order number.

Are there any special requirements or recommendations for the artwork? Which types of file can I upload?

Gogoprint allows the following formats: pdf, psd, ai, jpg, png, zip, rar, jpeg, eps, tiff. For detailed help on how to best close your artwork file, please visit this page. It is very important that you take note of these recommendations to ensure the best printing quality for your products.

Will the orientation of my artwork file have an impact on the price?

No. The orientation of the paper (portrait or landscape) does not impact the price of your printjob.

I have sent in my artwork but have realized there was a mistake. How can I upload a new file?

To make sure you can correct your mistake, make sure you upload the new and correct artwork before the time limit shown to you on the checkout success page, at the end of the configuration process. You can upload a new file under the My Orders section of the website in your Dashboard. If you are not sure whether or not it is too late to change the file you uploaded, give us a call with your order number ready, and our team will help you with your request.
